Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.
Products are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. Delivery times are estimates (typically 7–21 business days) and may be affected by supplier availability, customs clearance, and carrier delays beyond our control.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card is charged at time of order. We do not store card details on our servers.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
