Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, certain personal care items and perishables are not eligible for return. Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless defective.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
