Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, certain personal care items and perishables are not eligible for return. Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@mydropshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we confirm receipt and condition, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
